Conference Coordination

Challenge:

To develop and manage all aspects of a user's conference for a comprehensive line of professional development products and services.

Solution:

MarketingWorks partnered with the client's in-house creative department, to:
  • produce an eye-catching conference brochure and promotional print ad
  • recommend two direct mailings and one fax campaign
  • select a target audience of over 35,000 individuals
  • build a conference database to track and maintain all registration information
  • coordinate registration confirmation packets and related mailings
  • manage all site logistics: on-site management and registration, including planning, coordination of venue, speakers, trainers and other service providers

Results:

The conference was a tremendous success – with 88% of the attendees responding they would return next year and 97% responding they would definitely recommend it to a colleague.
